MAX9075EXK+T

The MAX9075EXK+T is a low cost, ultra small, single comparator in 5 pin SC-70 package. It is optimized for 3V and 5V single supply applications. This comparator has 580ns propagation delay and consumes only 3μA per comparator. The combination of low power, single supply operation down to 2.1V and ultra small footprint makes this device ideal for battery operated applications. Unlike many comparators, there is no differential clamp between inputs allowing the differential input voltage range to extend rail to rail. Design of output stage limits supply current surges while switching minimizing power consumption under dynamic conditions. Large internal push-pull output drivers allow rail to rail output swing with loads up to 2mA making this device ideal for interface with TTL/CMOS logic. The MAX9075 is used in battery powered systems, threshold detectors/discriminators, keyless entry systems, IR receivers and digital line receivers.

• Power supply rejection ratio of 77dB at 2.1V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.5V

• Input offset current of 1nA and input bias current of -5nA
• Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 82dB
• All inputs and outputs tolerate a continuous short circuit fault condition to either rail
