MAX9060EUK+T

The MAX9060EUK+T is an ultra-small, low power single comparator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This device maintain high impedance at the inputs even when powered down (VCC or VREF = 0V) and has an internal filtering to provide high RF immunity. It have open-drain output and draw quiescent supply current from a user-supplied reference voltage, VREF between 0.9V and 5.5V and consume only 100nA (max) supply current.

• Supply voltage range is -0.3V to 5.5V, 1V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Equivalent to two 0402 resistor's footprint
• Propagation delay of 25μs at VREF = 1.8V
• REF rejection ratio is 90dB
• Power-up time (tON) is 3ms
