MAX5128ELA+T

The MAX5128ELA+T is a 128-tap linear taper digital potentiometer in 8 pin µDFN package. The device performs the same function as a discrete potentiometer or variable resistor. An integrated non-volatile memory recalls the programmed wiper position of the digital potentiometer. A simple 2-wire up/down interface programs the wiper position. It is ideally used for backlight adjustment, bias settings for radio and LED bias adjustments.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.25V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Standby supply current of 0.5µA
• End to end resistance is 22Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 50ppm/°C
• Ratiometric resistance temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C
• 80,000 wiper store cycles
• 50 year wiper data retention
