MAX16543GPC+

MAX16543 is an integrated protection IC on a high-power 12V bus with an integrated MOSFET and lossless current sensing. The MAX16543 increases the current capability of the MAX16545B/MAX16545C. The chipset provides monotonic startup with programmable ramp and delay to limit inrush current during startup. System and application includes servers, networking, storage, communication equipment and AC/DC power supplies, integrated protection IC on 12V: circuit breaker/E-fuse, hot swap.

• 100ns typical output delay (from fault to start of FAULT (active high) falling)
• 12 pin FCQFN package, operating junction temperature range from 0°C to +125°C
