HMC232ALP4E

HMC232A is a nonreflective, SPDT, RF switch manufactured in the gallium arsenide (GaAs) process. This device operates from 100MHz to 12GHz with better than 1.5dB insertion loss and 50dB of isolation at 6GHz and better than 2.5dB insertion loss and 45dB of isolation at 12GHz. It has a nonreflective design, and the RF ports are internally terminated to 50 ohm. It is widely used in application such as test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs, military radios, radars, and electronic counter measures (ECMs), telecommunication infrastructure etc.
