DS4402N+

The DS4402N+ is a two channel, I2C adjustable current digital to analogue converter (DAC) in 14 pin TDFN package. Each output has 31 sink and 31 source settings that are programmed by the I2C interface. External resistors set the full-scale range and step size of each output. Ideally used at power-supply adjustment, power-supply margining and adjustable current sink or source.

• Supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Full scale range for each DAC determined by external resistors
• I2C compatible serial interface
• Two three-level address pins allow nine devices on same I2C bus
• 500μA supply current at VCC = 5.5V
• 240Kohm address input resistors
• 1.23V reference voltage, 10pF I/O capacitance
• 400KHz maximum SCL clock frequency
• Adjustable Current Sink or Source;Power-Supply Adjustment; Power-Supply Margining
