ADRF5300-EVALZ

ADRF5300-EVALZ is designed to evaluate the features and performance of the ADRF5300 silicon, SPDT, reflective switch which has a frequency range of 24GHz to 32GHz. The ADRF5300 is developed for 5G applications ranging from24GHz to 32GHz. The ADRF5300 has a low insertion loss of 1.1dB, a high isolation of 38dB and an RF input power handling capability of 28dBm average and 36dBm peak. The ADRF5300-EVALZ is populated with a 2.4mm Hirose connector. All components are located on the primary side of the ADRF5300-EVALZ.
