ADRF5020BCCZN

ADRF5020 is a general-purpose, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch manufactured using a silicon process. It provides high isolation and low insertion loss from 100MHz to 30GHz. This broadband switch requires dual supply voltages, +3.3V and -2.5V, and provides CMOS/LVTTL logic-compatible control. It is used in applications such as test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, electronic counter measures (ECMs), broadband telecommunications systems etc.

• Nonreflective 50 ohm design, no low frequency spurious
• Insertion loss is 1.2dB typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V)
• Isolation is 65dB typical at (100MHz to 10GHz)
• 1dB power compression (P1dB) is 28dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V)
• Third-order intercept (IP3) is 52dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V)
• Through path is 24dBm maximum at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V)
• Terminated path is 24dBm maximum at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V)
• ESD sensitivity: Class 1, 1KV human body model (HBM)
• Radio frequency (RF) settling time (to 0.1dB of final RF output) is 15ns typical
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 20-lead LGA
