ADL8106ACEZ

ADL8106 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), wideband low noise amplifier. All the typically required external passive components for operation (ac coupling capacitors and power supply decoupling capacitors) are integrated, which facilitates a small and compact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint. Application includes test instrumentation, military and space.

• 11.5dBm typical output OP1dB (TCASE = 25°C, 18GHz to 20GHz)

• 17.5dBm typical OIP3 (output power (POUT) per tone = 0dBm with 1MHz tone spacing)
• 4dB typical noise figure (TCASE = 25°C, 18GHz to 20GHz)
• 24 lead LGA-CAV package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
