ADCMP361 is a single low power, high accuracy comparator. The internal 400mV reference provides the ability to monitor low voltage supplies. This device operates on a supply voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V and only draws 6.5µA typical, making it suitable for low power system monitoring and portable applications. Hysteresis is included in the comparators. There are dual open-drain outputs to enable the comparator and reference circuit to be used in an inverting or non-inverting configuration. The outputs can be pulled to any voltage upto a maximum of 5.5V. The output stage is guaranteed to sink greater than 5mA over temperature. It is used in application such as Li-Ion monitoring, threshold detectors, relay driving, opt isolator driving, industrial control systems, handheld instruments etc.

• Input bias current is 0.01nA typical at (VDD = 1.7V, VIN = VDD)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 5-lead SOT-23
