ADA4000-4ARZ

ADA4000-4 is junction field effect transistor (JFET) input operational amplifiers featuring precision, very low bias current and low power. Combining high input impedance, low input bias current, wide bandwidth, fast slew rate and fast settling time. The ADA4000-4 is ideal amplifier for driving analogue-to-digital inputs and buffering digital-to-analogue converter outputs. The input common-mode voltage includes the positive power supply which makes the device an excellent choice for high-side signal conditioning. Typical applications include reference gain/buffers, level shift/driving, active filters, power line monitoring/control, current/voltage sense or monitoring, data acquisition, sample-and-hold circuits and integrators.

• ±4V to ±18V operation
• High slew rate: 20V/μs typ at VI = 10V, RL = 2Kohm
• Fast settling time and unity gain stable
• 5MHz gain bandwidth product
• Low offset voltage: 1.7mV maximum
• Bias current: 40pA maximum
