AD8007 is a single channel, high performance current feedback amplifier with ultralow distortion and noise. Unlike other high performance amplifiers, the low price and low quiescent current allow this amplifier to be used in a wide range of applications. Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary second-generation eXtra-Fast Complementary Bipolar (XFCB) process enables such high performance amplifiers with low power consumption. It is used in applications such as instrumentation IF and baseband amplifiers, filters, A/D drivers, DAC buffers.

• 650MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (G = +1, VO = 0.2V p-p, RL = 1Kohm)
• Slew rate is 1000V/μs typical at (G = +1, VO = 2V step, TA = 25°C)
• Settling time to 0.1% is 18ns typical at (G = +2, VO = 2V step, TA = 25°C)
• Input voltage noise is 2.7nV/√Hz typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Input offset voltage 0.5mV typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Input bias current is 4μA typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Quiescent current per amplifier 9mA typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Second harmonic distortion is -88dBc typical at (fC = 5MHz, VO = 2V p-p)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 5-lead SC70
