AD7476AYKSZ-500RL7 is a 12-bit, high speed, low power, successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). It operates from a single 2.35V to 5.25V power supply and features throughput rates upto 1MSPS. The part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 13MHz. The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS, and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the parts. It uses advanced design techniques to achieve low power dissipation at high throughput rates. It is used in applications such as battery-powered systems, personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications, instrumentation and control systems, data acquisition systems, high speed modems, optical sensors.

• Track-and-hold acquisition time is 250ns maximum at (VDD = 2.35V to 5.25V)
• Floating-state leakage current ±1μA maximum at (VDD = 2.35V to 5.25V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 6-lead SC70 package
