AD74413R is a quad-channel software configurable input/output solution for building and process control applications. The AD74413R contains functionality for analogue output, analogue input, digital input, resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple measurements integrated into a single chip solution with a serial peripheral interface (SPI). Suitable for use in process control, factory automation, motor drives and building control systems applications.

• Quad-channel software configurable input/output circuit
• Screw terminals protected to ±40V
• Line protectors to block power from the screw terminals to supplies
• User configurable mode: voltage/current I/P, voltage/current O/P, digital input, RTD measurement
• Internal 16bit, Σ-∆ ADC with optional 50Hz and 60Hz rejection
• 13bit monotonic DACs, HART-compatible, SPI-compatible
• Charge pump for true zero voltage output
• Internal temperature sensor, ±5°C accuracy
• On-chip diagnostics including open circuit and short-circuit detection
• 64-pin LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
