AD5312 is a dual channel 10bit buffered voltage output DAC. It has on-chip output amplifiers which allows outputs to swing rail to-rail with a slew rate of 0.7V/μs. It utilizes a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rate upto 30MHz and is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. It is widely used in application such as portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators etc.

• Differential nonlinearity is ±0.05 typ, double-buffered input logic
• Micropower operation is 300μA @ 5V (including reference current)
• Operating power supply range is 2.5V to 5.5V
• Guaranteed monotonic design over all codes, buffered/unbuffered reference input options
• 0V to VREF output voltage, power-on-reset to 0V
• Simultaneous update of DAC outputs via LDAC
• Low power serial interface with schmitt-triggered inputs
• On-chip rail-to-rail output buffer amplifiers
• Operating temperature is −40°C to +105°C, package style is 10-lead MSOP
