SPL S1L90H-3 is a 1 channel SMT laser in QFN package. It is the newest small aperture (110um) EEL in SMT package suitable for various industrial applications. Small aperture enables narrow emission width. The multi junction technology with three vertical emitters offers the highest optical output power and SMT package enables easy to use within pick & place and reflow soldering processes. Product has highest peak power and highest average power in the market, within a small package. Applications includes 3D sensing, access control and security, appliances and tools, factory automation, home and building automation, robotics.
