HCSP-3BS-1000 is a HCSP-3BS series three-phase open loop current sensor that generates a ratiometric analogue output voltage signal proportional to the current flowing through the conductor. Based on hall effect technology the sensor has been designed for accurate measurement of AC and DC currents in automotive battery management and motor control applications. Typical applications include motor control, EV motor inverters, DC/DC converters.
- Open loop current transducer based on hall effect
- 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range, 0.5V to 4.5V output voltage
- 3-phase busbar mounting, 3 simple analogue ratiometric outputs
- Non-intrusive technology
- Galvanic separation between power and control
- Full compatibility with Infineon HybridPack
- Press fit contacts to eliminate soldering
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 250KHz maximum frequency bandwidth, ±1000A current measuring range
- 2mV/A sensitivity and ±0.6% sensitivity error at 25°C / Vcc = 5V
