The SKQU series from Alps are compact 10mm square tactile switches available in SMD and snap-in terminals. It provides compound actions of 4 directional and centre push operation. Typical applications include cursor operations for devices requiring graphic input, adjustments of TVs, video recorders, adjustment of audio devices such as equalizers and operations of various multifunctional electronic equipments.

• A sharp click feel with tactile feedback characteristic
• Featured with the stem which has a joint shape to allow knob attachment
• 2 types are available snap-in allows automatic flow soldering and SMD allows reflow soldering
• Surface mount type products are packaged with a 32mm width embossed taping
• Operating force of 1.57N 4 direction and 3.14N for centre push
• Initial contact resistance of 500mohm maximum
• Maximum rating of 50mA at 12VDC
