JMS 2206

The JMS 2206 is an development board for ATMEGA128 MCU. This board is designed around the ATMEGA128, running via a 4MHz crystal. All connections have been brought out to eight way connectors. A ten way IDC is included to directly interface to a JTAG emulator/programmer. Power is via an external DC power supply. The board has an integral 5V linear regulator, with LED DC on indicator.

• 128KB of programme flash, 4KB EEPROM memories
• On board oscillator, however there is a 4MHz crystal supplied
• Five off 8bit input/output ports, one off 5bit port, one off 4bit port
• Two serial UARTS
• Two PWM channels
• Eight off 10bit A/D converter
• Up to eight external interrupts
• One off comparator
