The LMV393MM/NOPB is a dual general purpose Low Voltage Comparator specified at 5 to 30V. It is suitable for use with where space and low power are the primary specification in circuit design. The device offers specifications that meet or exceed the familiar LM393/339 at a fraction of the supply current. The chips are built with TIs advanced Submicron Silicon-Gate BiCMOS process. The LMV393-N series has bipolar input and output stages for improved noise performance.
- Low supply current - 60µA per channel
- Input common mode voltage range includes ground
- 200ns Propagation delay
- Green product and no Sb/Br
