MC9S08PT16AVLC

The MC9S08PT16AVLC is a 8-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced S08 CPU (20MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 20MHz. The device incorporates 16kB internal flash, 2kB internal RAM, 256byte EEPROM, 12-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 28 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module to operate at up to 100kbps and one serial peripheral interface modules (SPI).
