DSEP29-12A

The DSEP29-12A is a HiPerFRED™ Epitaxial Diode with soft-recovery. It features low IRM reduces power dissipation within the diode and turn-on loss in the commutating switch. It is used as anti-parallel diode for high frequency switching devices, anti-saturation diode, snubber diode, free-wheeling diode in converters, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating and melting, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and ultrasonic cleaners and welders.
