EVAL6EDL04I06PTTOBO1 is an evaluation-board for 600V full bridge 3 phase gate driver Ics. Evaluation-board for 6EDL04I06PT - full bridge 3 phase gate driver IC with LS-SOI technology to control power devices like MOS-transistors or 600V IGBTs. Suitable for home appliances, motor control and drives, industrial heating and welding, Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and solar energy systems applications.
