ADG719SRJZ-EP-R2

ADG719-EP is a monolithic CMOS SPDT switch. This switch is designed on a submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. Each switch of the ADG719-EP conducts equally well in both directions when on. The ADG719-EP exhibits break-before make switching action. Typical applications include battery-powered systems, communication systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching and mechanical reed relay replacement.

• 1.8V to 5.5V single supply
• 4ohm (max) on resistance
• 0.75ohm (typ) on resistance flatness
• <gt/> 200MHz -3dB bandwidth
• Rail-to-rail operation
• Fast switching times: tON = 12ns and tOFF = 6ns
• Typical power consumption of (<lt/> 0.01μW)
• TTL/CMOS compatible
• 6-lead SOT-23 package
• Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
