LM393P

LM393P is a commercial-grade dual differential comparator. This device consists of two independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from single power supply over wide range of voltages. Quiescent current is independent of the supply voltage. Suitable for vacuum robot, single phase ups, server PSU, cordless power tool, wireless infrastructure, appliances, building automation, factory automation & control, motor drives, infotainment & cluster.

• Low output saturation voltage
• Output compatible with TTL, MOS, and CMOS
• 1 to 2.5mA total supply current (5V to 36V max)
• 1000V ESD (HBM)
• 9mV offset voltage at full range, VCC = 5V to 30V, VIC = VICR min, VO = 1.4V
• Input bias current of -400nA max at full range, VO = 1.4V
• 2.5mA max supply current at VCC = 30V full range
• 8 pin DIP package
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
