5808 is a single-pin kelvin probes. These probes are two single fixed-pin probes. Each probe has source and sense leads and color-coded safety banana plugs. They are designed for applications that require Kelvin resistance measurements with the convenience of a single point of circuit contact. The Kelvin Probes are intended for use in low-voltage 4-wire resistance applications, usually in low-level resistance applications (less than 100 Ω). The ohms current and voltage sensing leads are separately connected to the base of the single-pin probe tips. The probes are intended for use with an instrument that can measure 4-wire resistance, such as the Keithley Instruments Series 2000 high-performance digital multimeters or series 2400 SourceMeter instruments.
