HSMF-C155

The HSMF-C155 from Avago is a surface mount, untinted, diffused bicolour chip type LED. This bicolour LED is available as high efficiency red/green colour and made of GaP material. LED is designed in industry standard package of 3.2mm x 2.7mm for ease handling and use. The small size and wide viewing angle make this LED prime choice for push-button backlighting, symbol backlighting, status indicator and front panel indicators especially where space is of major concern.

• Forward voltage of 2.1V for red and 2.2V for green
• Forward current (If) is 20mA
• Luminous intensity of 10mcd for red and 15mcd for green
• Dominant wavelength of 626nm for red and 572nm for green
• Peak wavelength of 630nm for red and 570nm for green

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Power dissipation of 65mW
