STB46NF30 is a N-channel STripFET™ II power MOSFET. It has been developed using STMicroelectronics’ unique STripFET process, which is specifically designed to minimize input capacitance and gate charge. This renders the device suitable for use as primary switch in advanced high-efficiency isolated DC/DC converter for telecom and computer applications, and applications with low gate charge driving requirements. Suitable for switching applications.
- Exceptional dv/dt capability, 100% avalanche tested, low gate charge
- 300V min drain-source voltage (VGS = 0V, ID = 1mA, TC = 25°C)
- 0.063ohm typ static drain-source on-resistance (VGS = 10V, ID = 17A, TC = 25°C)
- 42A drain current (continuous) at TC = 25°C, 300W total dissipation (TC = 25°C)
- 1oµA max zero gate voltage drain current (VGS = 0V, VDS = 300V, TC = 125°C)
- 3200pF typ input capacitance (VDS = 25V, f = 1MHz, VGS = 0V)
- 442pF typ output capacitance (VDS = 25V, f = 1MHz, VGS = 0V)
- 38ns typ rise time (VDD = 150V, ID = 17A, RG = 4.7ohm, VGS = 10V)
