The C300K1R0E is a 1Ω 300W through-hole mounting fixed large heavy-duty vitreous enamel Power Resistor with wirewound element, tubular ceramic core and tinned lug with hole terminals. The Corrib® 280 series resistor designed to withstand frequent start-stop cycles characteristic of motor starting, dynamic braking and other similar applications. To accelerate cooling, the wire is securely fused to the ceramic core by the protective vitreous enamel coating to improve durability. This resistor is hollow-core unit which can be securely fastened to chassis surface with thru bolts and brackets.
