MBR180S1-7

MBR180S1-7 is a surface-mount, schottky barrier rectifier. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification or as free-wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system. Typical applications are AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protections, and an “O-ring” of multiple supply voltages and any other applications where performance and size are critical.

• Low forward voltage (VF) minimizes conduction losses and improves efficiency
• Very low leakage at high temperature
• Guard ring die construction for transient protection
• RMS reverse voltage is 56V at TA = +25°C
• Average rectified output current is 1.0A at TA = +25°C
• Reverse breakdown voltage is 80V min at IR = 1.0mA, TA = +25°C
• Forward voltage drop is 0.74V typ at IF = 1.0A, TA = +25°C
• Leakage current is 0.6µA typ at VR = 80V, TA = +25°C
• SOD123 package
• Operating temperature range from -55 to +175°C
