TME series is a 1W sub-miniature, isolated DC/DC-converters in a SIP-package, which requires only 0.7cm² of board space. It provide a cost effective solution to generate supplementary, isolated voltages. Full SMD-design and a 100% production test of parameters ensure a high reliability of this product.
- Unregulated outputs
- I/O isolation voltage is 1000VDC
- Operating temperature range from –40°C to +85°C
- 3-year product warranty
- Input voltage range from 4.5 to 5.5VDC, output voltage is 12VDC(Vnom), output current is 84mA
- Short circuit protection, efficiency is 77%
- Natural convection cooling system
- Switching frequency range from 50 to 110kHz (PFM), 90kHz typ. (PFM)
- Non-conductive plastic housing and base material, epoxy potting material
