LP5907MFX-3.3/NOPB

The LP5907MFX-3.3/NOPB is a single channel low dropout (LDO) linear regulator with fixed output for RF and analogue circuits in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This regulator provides ultra low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current and low line or load transient response. Using new innovative design techniques, the LP5907 offers class leading noise performance without noise bypass capacitor and ability for remote output capacitor placement. The device is designed to work with 1µF input and 1µF output ceramic capacitor (no separate noise bypass capacitor is required). The single 1μF ceramic output capacitor can be placed up to 10cm away from the LP5907 device.

• Input voltage range from 2.2V to 5.5V

• Low dropout voltage of 250mV at 250mA output current
• Zero quiescent current when disabled (<lt/> 1µA) and very low quiescent current when enabled (12µA)
• Thermal overload and short circuit protection
• Low output voltage noise of less than 10µVrms
• PSRR of 82dB at 1KHz and start-up time of 80µs
• Output voltage tolerance of ±2%
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
