LP2985IM5-3.3/NOPB

The LP2985IM5-3.3/NOPB is a Micropower low-noise Ultra-low Dropout Regulator delivers up to 150mA output current and only requires 300mV dropout voltage of input to output. Using an optimized VIP (Vertically Integrated PNP) process, the LP2985-N delivers unequalled performance for all battery-powered designs. The regulator provides 1% tolerance precision output voltage with only 75µA quiescent current at 1mA load and 850µA at 150mA load. By adding a 10nF bypass capacitor, the output noise can be reduced to 30µVRMS in a 30kHz bandwidth. This regulator is designed to work with a ceramic output capacitor with equivalent series resistance (ESR) as low as 5mΩ and is available with fixed output voltage of 3V.
