LM324N

LM324N is a four-independent high-gain frequency-compensated operational Amplifier, designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Typical applications include merchant network and server power supply units, multi-function printers, power supplies and mobile chargers, desktop PC and motherboard, indoor and outdoor air conditioners, washers, dryers, and refrigerators, AC inverters, string inverters, central inverters, and voltage frequency drives, uninterruptible power supplies.

• 0.5V/µs slew rate
• 1.2MHz gain bandwidth at RL = 1Mohm, CL = 20pF
• ±7mV, ±3mV offset voltage (max, 25°C)
• 20 / 250nA, 15 / 100nA input bias current at 25°C (typ / max)
• 500V ESD (HBM)
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 14 pin DIP package
