TSV521AICT is a CMOS operational amplifier. It offers low voltage operation and rail-to rail input and output. This amplifier offers an outstanding speed and power consumption ratio and it has 1.15MHz gain bandwidth. This amplifier is ideal for battery powered applications, portable devices, automotive signal conditioning active filtering, medical instrumentation, sensor interfaces, battery supplied and portable applications. The wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance facilitate their use in harsh automotive applications.
- Low power consumption is 45µA typ at 5V
- Low input bias current is 1pA typ
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
- Low offset voltage is 800µV max
- Unity gain stable on 100pF capacitor
