TSB612IST is a low power, rail-to-rail output, 36V operational amplifier in 8 pin MiniSO package. TSB612 operational amplifier offers an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. They also offer an excellent speed/ power consumption ratio with 560KHz gain bandwidth product while consuming less than 125μA per amplifier at 36V supply voltage. TSB612 operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 125°C making this device ideal for industrial, power supplies and automotive applications.
