The NCV8161AMX330TBG from On Semiconductor is a 450mA, ultra low noise and high PSRR LDO regulator in 4 pin XDFN package for RF and analogue circuits. This IC is designed to meet the requirements of RF and analogue circuits. The NCV8161 device provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current and very good load/line transients. Typical application include parking camera modules, wireless handsets, wireless LAN, Bluetooth®, Zigbee®, automotive infotainment systems and other battery powered applications.
- Operating input voltage range from 1.9V to 5.5V
- Fixed output voltage is 3.3V
- Automotive AEC-Q100 qualified
- Very low quiescent current of 18µA (typ)
- Standby current consumption of 0.1µA (typ)
- Low dropout of 175mV typical at 450mA, ±2% accuracy over temperature
- 98dB at 20mA, f = 1KHz ultra high power supply ripple rejection
- 10µVRMS ultra low noise
- With output active discharge function
- Operating Temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
