The MC100EL04DG is a 2‐input AND/NAND Gate, the device is functionally equivalent to the E104 device with higher performance capabilities. With propagation delays and output transition times significantly faster than the E104, the EL04 is ideally suited for those applications which require the ultimate in AC performance. The device contains temperature compensation.
- 240ps Propagation delay
- ESD protection - <gt/>1kV Human body model, <gt/>100V Machine model
- PECL mode operating range - VCC = 4.2V to 5.7V with VEE = 0V
- NECL mode operating range - VCC = 0V with VEE = -4.2V to -5.7V
- Internal input pull-down resistors
- Meets or exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC latch up test
- UL94V-0 Flammability rating
- Transistor count - 45 devices
