867112-03 is a PXIe-SMU5102 PXI SMU bundle. It includes the 5-slot PXIe-1083 PXI chassis and the 20W PXIe-4137 PXI source measure unit. The PXIe-4137 features analogue-to-digital converters to help you perform high-precision measurements for applications including manufacturing test, board-level test, and lab characterization with devices such as ICs, power management ICs (PMICs), and RFICs and discrete devices including LEDs and optical transceivers. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling, and an integrated Thunderbolt™ 3 MXI-Express controller.
