74AHCT245PW,118 is an 8bit transceiver with 3-state outputs. This device features an output enable (active-low OE) and send/receive (DIR) for direction control. A HIGH on active-low OE causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translators in mixed voltage environments. It features ESD protection (HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V, CDM JESD22-C101E exceeds 1000V).
