“PicoBK™” MYRGP-B series synchronous step-down mini DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package. Suitable for use in Note book PCs, tablet PC, SSD, mobile phone, digital still camera, portable game machine.

- Efficiency of 93% (VIN=5V,VOUT=3.3V/300mA)
- PWM/PFM, 100% duty cycle and high speed transient response-COT control methods
- Short circuit protection (latch), limit circuit(drop), thermal shut down current circuit protection
- Soft-start circuit built-in, UVLO, CL discharge functions
- Low ESR ceramic capacitor
- Operating ambient temperature : -40°C to 105°C
