MAX4730EXT+T

The MAX4730EXT+T is a low voltage SPDT, CMOS analogue switch in 6 pin SC-70 package. This device has low leakage current over extended temperature range, TTL/CMOS compatible digital logic and excellent AC characteristics. Typically consume only 1nA of supply current making device ideal for use in low power applications such as relay replacement, sample and hold circuits and low voltage data acquisition systems.

• Supply voltage range is 1.8V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Maximum on-resistance is 5.5ohm at TA = +25°C (V+ = +2.7V to +3.6V)
• Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.15ohm at TA = +25°C (V+ = +2.7V to +3.6V)
• Maximum on-resistance flatness is 1.5ohm at TA=+25°C (V+ = +2.7V to +3.6V)
• Maximum turn-on time is 45ns and maximum turn-off time is 26ns at TA=+25°C (V+ = +2.7V to +3.6V)
• Maximum charge injection is 3pC at TA = +25°C (V+ = +2.7V to +3.6V)
• On- channel -3dB bandwidth 300MHz, crosstalk of -67dB at f = 1MHz
• Total harmonic distortion of 0.035% at TA = +25°C, RL = 600 ohm
