MAX4544EUT+T

The MAX4544EUT+T is a single-pole double-throw dual-channel Analogue Switch for sample-and-hold circuits and heads-up displays. The low-voltage, single-supply precision analogue switch designed to operate from a single +2.7 to +12V supply. Low power consumption (5μW) makes these parts ideal for battery-powered equipment. These switches offer low leakage currents (100pA maximum) and fast switching speeds. The offers 2Ω maximum matching between channels, 60Ω maximum on-resistance (RON) and 6Ω maximum RON flatness.
