MAX4066CSD+

The MAX4066CSD+ is a low cost, low voltage, quad, SPST, CMOS analogue switch in 14 pin NSOIC package. This device is designed to provide superior performance over the industry-standard devices, it is controlled by TTL/CMOS input levels and can be used as a bilateral switch or multiplexer/demultiplexer. Low off leakage current and low power consumption makes it ideal for battery-operated equipment and low-distortion audio applications.

• Supply voltage range is 2V to 16V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Pin compatible with 74HC4066
• On-resistance is 45ohm at TA = +25°C (single +12V supply)
• Maximum match between channels is 4ohm at TA = +25°C (single +12V supply)
• Low leakage current is 1nA at +25°C
• V+ to GND signal handling
• TTL/CMOS-logic compatible
• Low power consumption of 0.5µW, low crosstalk of -86dB and -58dB low off isolation
• Low distortion is 0.03%, Wide Bandwidth is <gt/> 100MHz
