31733 is a folding insulation cutter. The serrated stainless steel blade cuts through foam and fiberglass with ease and folds back into the comfort-grip handle for added protection. The lock-back mechanism secures the blade open for heavy duty use and stable cutting. After the job is done, you can easily fold the blade back down, even with work gloves on. It is suitable for cuts foam and fiberglass insulation.
