REFHAIRDRYERC1016EDTOBO1 is a Turn-key reference design kit for high-performance, high-efficiency PMSM/BLDC motor drive applications. The REF-Hairdryer-C101-6ED is a reference design kit featuring IMC101T iMOTION™ controller, 6EDL04I06PT SOI three-phase gate driver and IKD06N60RF IGBT. This reference design kit demonstrates our thin-film-SOI and Advanced Motion Control Engine (MCE 2.0) technologies for low power PMSM/BLDC motor drivers up to 100 kRPM and inverters rated up to 400W. It is optimized for small home appliances like hairdryers, fans, pumps and other low-power motor drive applications.
