The PVT312PBF is a HEXFET® Power MOSFET photovoltaic relay with SPST-NO contact, no current limit and through hole terminals. This PVT312-series relay features linear AC/DC operation. It utilizes HEXFET power MOSFET as the output switch, driven by an integrated circuit photovoltaic generator of novel construction. The output switch is controlled by radiation from a GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator.

- Ambient operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
