ICE5BR2280BZ1XKLA1 is a CoolSET™ 5th Generation Fixed Frequency Plus integrated power IC optimized for an off-line switch mode power supply in cascode configuration. The cascode configuration helps achieve fast start-up. The frequency reduction with soft gate driving and frequency jitter operation offers lower EMI and better efficiency. The selectable entry and exit standby power ABM enable flexibility and ultra-low power consumption in standby mode with a small and controllable output voltage ripple. The product has a wide operating range (10.0 ~ 32.0V) of IC power supply and lower power consumption. The numerous protection functions support the power supply system in failure situations. All these make this series an outstanding integrated power stage, fixed frequency flyback and buck converter in the market. Potential applications include auxiliary power supply for home appliances/white goods, TV, PC and server, smart metering, Blu-ray player, set-top box and LCD/LED monitor.
