AP9211SA-AL-HAC-7

AP9211SA-AL-HAC-7 is an AP9211 series single-chip protection solution specially designed for 1-cell Li+ rechargeable battery pack application. The AP9211 includes a 1-cell Lithium ion battery protection chip and dual N-CH MOSFET with common drain. The AP9211 provides rich battery protection features and can turn-off the N-CH MOSFET by detecting overcharge voltage/current, over discharge voltage/current, or load short circuit. The AP9211 has built-in fixed delay time to save external components. Typical applications include Li+ rechargeable battery pack.

• Supply voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V
• 8V OV charger detection voltage and 7.3V OV charger release voltage
• Overcharge detection voltage VCU is 4.275V
• Overcharge release voltage VCL is 4.175V
• Built-in fixed detection delay time (+25°C) is accuracy ±20%
• Standard RSS(ON), permission 0V battery charge function
• Auto release overcharge protection mode
• Power down mode: yes (auto-wake-up)
