HSMC-C170

The HSMC-C170 is a high performance red Chip LED with untinted/diffused lens, made of AlInGaP. The AlInGaP material has a very high luminous efficiency, capable of producing high light output over a wide range of drive currents. This LED comes in top emitting package and compatible with IR soldering process.
